The 80 square metre living room and kitchen offer a perfect and bright panoramic view over the golf course of the PGA Catalunya Resort. A large double-sided fireplace divides the living room into two unique spaces, which benefit from the warm atmosphere and elegant surroundings for a year-round holiday.

The house has been designed to blend naturally into its surroundings, creating a link with its spectacular landscape. The social areas open into a large outdoor space with its two-sided infinity pool. A unique pool island provides a truly relaxing experience surrounded by crystal clear water. The large outdoor dining area, protected from the sun by a pergola, is the perfect place for outdoor enjoyment and entertainment.

The exclusive master suite is designed as a flying structure offering 180 degree views of nature, the golf course and the Montseny mountains while ensuring total privacy.
The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and all of them get into a lower garden that provides maximal exposure to natural light. The massage room, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness area are located on the same floor, and high speed Wifi is available throughout the villa. Additional services such as food and beverage, personal wine cellar, private chef, car, golf buggy rental and transfers to the beach or airport are available upon request.
